From Hilton Head Island:

From bridges coming off of Hilton Head Island, make second right into Moss Creek Village. At stop sign, go straight, past Lowcountry National Bank. Third office building on left behind Lowcountry National Bank.

From I-95 South:

I-95 South, take Exit 8 (US 278 Hardeeville/Hilton Head Island). Make left onto US 278 towards Sun City/Bluffton/Hilton Head Island. Travel eastbound for approximately 18 miles until you reach stop light at Moss Creek Plantation/Buckingham Plantation Drive. Make left at stop light (as if going into Moss Creek Plantation). Before guard gate, make right. Follow until entering Moss Creek Village. Office building on immediate right.

From I-95 North:

I-95 North, take Exit 8 (US 278 Hardeeville/Hilton Head Island). Merge left onto US 278 towards Sun City/Bluffton/Hilton Head Island. Travel eastbound for approximately 18 miles until you reach stop light at Moss Creek Plantation/Buckingham Plantation Drive. Make left at stop light (as if going into Moss Creek Plantation).
